Honkai: Star Rail Leak Unveils Moze’s Complete Skill Set
A recent leak for Honkai: Star Rail has revealed comprehensive details about Moze’s skill set. A few weeks ago, Honkai: Star Rail introduced Moze through a drip marketing campaign, confirming his four-star rarity, unlike other version 2.5 characters like Feixiao and Lingsha. Moze, the Shadow Guard of Yaoqing, will reportedly be obtainable in the second part of version 2.5, starting in early October.
Moze is confirmed to be a Lightning unit on the path of Hunt, specializing in single-target damage, making him effective against elite enemies and bosses. As a four-star sub-DPS unit, his relevance in the meta will be clearer upon the release of version 2.5.
The latest leak from Sakura Haven outlines Moze’s full character kit, highlighting his offensive capabilities. His skill set includes:
- Skill: Fleetwinged Raid – Scales off ATK and deals significant single-target damage. Marks an enemy as Prey, increasing damage dealt to it.
- Ultimate: Dash In, Gash Out – Delivers a powerful attack, advancing his action by 50% while in stealth mode.
- Talent: Cascading Featherblade – Enhances damage output, especially when allies attack the marked Prey.
- Technique: Bated Wings – Grants stealth for 20 seconds.
- Eidolons: Enhance follow-up attack damage to the marked enemy, regenerate 20 points of energy, and enable follow-up attacks after using the ultimate.

Moze’s Eidolons also allow him to enter a Departed state upon activating his Talent, dealing additional Lightning damage if allies attack the Prey. However, he can’t use his primary skill without combat-capable teammates.
Moze’s animations, as revealed by prominent leakers, showcase his ability to burrow underground and become undetectable temporarily. His combat style combines gunshots and slashing attacks, fitting his assassin-themed costume and hood with a streamlined aesthetic.
Moze is expected to debut alongside Feixiao in the first phase of version 2.5. Early leaks suggest they will be featured on separate banners between September 10 and October 1. Players will need to use their Rail Passes on these temporary banners to unlock Moze and other new characters.
