    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am entitled to bring your attention to the problem I am facing with the internet modem at my home.

    From the past few days, there has been some issue with the wi-fi modem because of which I am not getting the desired internet speed. On rebooting the modem, it works fine for one hour and then the speed again becomes slow.

    Due to this pandemic, I am working from home and require steady internet connectivity. I have to hold meetings to guide my team but due to this problem, my discussions are interrupted as the connection becomes lost resulting in time wastage.

    I would like you to please ask your hardware person to have a visit at my home and look over the issue so that problem can be resolved as early as possible. Please find the details in the attached document.
