Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding my transfer to the office of Bangalore city.
I have been working in this organisation for 5 years and I have never requested for a relocation but now the situation is not in my favour. As you know, I am basically from Bangalore and my parents live there. My father has been facing some health problems since few months and it is my duty to look after him.
I would like to request you please approve my transfer. So that, I can manage both my duties toward my job and my parents. It would be easier for me to work there as I can closely observe his health along with my project assignments.
My father will go for an eye operation in the next month. Please approve my relocation by the end of this months. In such a way I can support him in his tough time.
