Criminals are those who commit crime in any situation. This is the definition we expect everyone to agree with. Furthermore we expect these kind of people to be named as criminals. But its not necessary That every person committing crime is called as criminal and it is also not necessary that a person called a criminal is actually a criminal. We usually hear about hidden crimes which never gets highlighted due to several reasons , sometimes the victim is afraid of the effect it would have on His and his family’s future and sometimes he is not aware of the law which can provide him justice. These crimes occur at a very high scale. I think that education plays a vital role in decreasing crime ratio . Our nation will only move forward if we pramote things around us . For a revolution just one person is enough.
