Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the item received yesterday, which came damaged.
I ordered Oneplus5 mobile with 256GB RAM, 2.5Ghz Quadcore Processor from your online store on 4<sup>th</sup> of this month(feb-2022). But when I received the item yesterday, it was completely broken and packing was not proper. I was dejected after receiving the mobile, as it was not at all usable and I suspect that it was packed recklessly without proper material inside to support the smooth delivery.
As the item was damaged and no more usable, I would like to completely return the item. I’m not satisfied with your service to exchange the mobile with new mobile as I completely lost the trust on your store. So, I request you to kindly refund the whole amount.
I would like to return the mobile right away, as delaying in return may delay the whole refund process, I request you to kindly arrange the delivery executive to pick my mobile from the same billing address.
I look forward to hearing from you and resolve this issue.
