    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is Yasin and I’m writing to inform you that I recently ordered a perfume from your company and unfortunately it has arrived damaged.

    The perfume is huga boss perfume and cost $ 100 with black colour and the bottle is 200ml.I bought it new two weeks before.

    The spray button is unable to spray the perfume out and the small pipe in side the bottle is out of the place and it couldn’t fixed.

    Kindly I’m hereby requesting you a refund or change the product to another one .

    I will make arrangement to return this item to your store address as soon as possible.

    I will look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
