Hello Beam Area Manager,
I am Deepti. I am a resident of the society Manjeera Diamond Towers, Nallagandla, Hyderabad. I’d like to point out a concern regarding the internet connection problem in our Nallagandal area Pincode 500046. We are the consumer of your Beam Broadcom service. For a couple of days, my whole society is facing an internet connection issue. Either internet speed is very low or no connection at all.
Example If we try to browse the google.com it takes at least 10 mins to show page OR else if no connection then we get an error “Internet connection error, contact with your service provider for a better experience”
Furthermore, a few people from my community raised the incidents from the phone to your service center, the operator shared steps and informed them to follow it. Like, reset the router settings, plug out and plug in the Broadcom box, however, nothing worked to fix the problem. As a community, we had a meeting, so we all concluded it can be a case that the fiber line of our area is damaged since a few days back a road repair work was completed nearby our Manjeera Diamond building.
We would like to request you to visit our area and check if the issue is related to the cable line of the internet or it is related to something else. Help us to understand how quickly you and your team can fix it. We need the solution of this ASAP because many people from our residence are working from home moreover children are also attending their classes from home as per pandemic restrictions.
