    Dear Sir,

    I’m writing this letter to bring to your notice about the interruption in the internet connection services provided by your company.

    I have been your customer from a long period of time and never came along with such issues with the connection, but recently my connection is more unstable and I’m experiencing in the drop down of internet speed this interrupts my work as I have many workloads.

    Although I have reached your agent regarding the connection issue still the issue have not been fixed and I believe that there might be some issue in the cable of internet connection therefore it would be appreciable if you could send experienced technician to resolve the issue.

    One more thing I need to bring to your notice due to connection issue I have not accessed the internet for a week therefore I expect a discount in the bill. I request you to take immediate action and feel free to contact me if you need any further information on Newton0011@gmail.com.
