I am writing this letter to complaint about a broken product received recently bought from your online portal.
Last Sunday, I have ordered a digital camera Nikon D3500 with the cost of INR. 25,000/- to capture the movement with my family on the hill-station, but when I received the courier it was in very bad condition. After opened the package camera was found in broken condition. I ordered it for my trip but it disappointed because of it was useless to me.
My online order id is 7677324509 and I ordered it on 06-March-2022. Now I want to return it as my trip was over and I have purchased camera from a authorized dealer shop. So, I requesting to you please make arrangement of return as soon as possible and refund my money.
