I am writing this letter to express my discomfort with the internet connection that you have provided. There are many people facing problems regarding to the poor internet connection in my arena. I hope you will investigate this issue as soon as possible and take necessary action.
However, your company offers many promotions and discounts for your service, the lack of network connection is a serious issue among all of us. On the peak time of our work, meetings and submission, we are frequently experiencing the unsatisfactory network connection.
From last two week, we are experiencing a very low network and sometimes the internet is completely unreachable. In fact, this situation is more affecting the people who are working remotely by depending the network solely. Moreover, students are also affected because half of their studies are going through online.
I believe it is your responsibility to make sure that this kind of issues resolved quickly and to maintain the trust and satisfaction of loyal customers. So, I expected that your staff would deal with the situation without any further delay.
