    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the issue with the internet connection from past few days. I am a resident of MayFlower colony, and mostly all the subscriber of our society facing the same issue.

    After pandemic most of the dwellers of our society are working from their home and due to network connection problem it becomes very difficult for us to download and upload any data, and virtual meeting is nearly impossible with such poor connection. In addition to that there are many kids having online classes and coachings face the same problem and their study hamper a lot and they have exams near which makes situation more worst.

    I believe the best way to rectify this situation, is to send a technician and fix the root cause of this problem. I hope this matter will have your immediate attention.
