Dear Tina,
I have planned to take leave for one month by next month.
It was a sudden plan to visit my parent so I have to go to my home town by next month. I need leave for a month.
Even though I’ll be away from work for a month, I will track the daily status. During the leave my team mates can connect me at any time through neither Outlook or Teams. If any of our team mates get struck in their work, I will try to clear their road blocks. I will have hands on experience by clearing their doubts during my holidays.
In order to complete the work, I will arrange for Knowledge Transfer session for the newbies. So there will not be any backlogs in our project. Before taking leave I will make sure that there won’t be any pending works from my end. I request you to grant me permission to take leave for one month.
