    Dear Ashok,

    I am writing this letter to seek your permission to work in our Santa Clara head office starting this Mar’22 for six months.

    As you are aware I am involved with the ABC project since 3 weeks now and facing issues in getting the first hand information on the project details from our client who is in direct contact with our HO. The project timeline will be greatly influenced once I start working from there.

    Since I will be accessing the common servers, there should not be any issues with my deliverables and other projects that I am involved with. I should also be able to manage the meeting from US during early hours to match the timings in India.

    Kindly, approve my request and help me in arranging the invitation letter so that I shall take the visa process to the next level.
