Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to apologize for unable to attend the oracle event which was held on last Monday at Jeddah branch. Because of wedding function at my home, I was super busy on that day.
We are four members in my family, and my parents already planned marriage function since last month. Moreover, I am elder brother of my sister, so I had taken lots of responsibilities to make this function successful, and it was completed smoothly without any major obstacles. In fact, If I attended the oracle event, I would not get concentration in the seminar.
I have discussed with HR team to take part in this seminar at our Riyadh branch which will held on next Friday, and they can arrange the sit for me If I get approval from you, so I am requesting to accept my request in the portal for the further procedure.
