Some people believe that in a locality, new houses should be constructed in accordance with the design, the former houses were built with. However, others argue about the necessity of requirement of flexibility in choosing various designs for houses according to the personal preferences of their owners.

Building a house is a laborious task, often a demanding one, that requires it’s owner to shed blood, sweat and tears to achieve a perfect result. Constructing a home in regards with the same style would be a great relief for the owner as they would no longer be required to plan or brainstorm unique ideas for the interiors or exteriors of the house. Having this privilege, they would easily be able to take inspiration from the houses and build a perfect house for themselves. Moreover, having a locality with all the houses architected under the same style, makes it look well- structured and sophisticated leaving little room for any chaos or mess.

On the other hand, another argument states a very crucial point about having the privilege to decide for a design for oneself regardless of other buildings. Each person has a varied taste unique to oneself, that might or might not be appreciated by the other. Therefore, it is fair to let one come up with their favorable and desirable structure instead of being compelled to follow a certain regulation. This would support the fact that the owner is satisfied and comfortable and make the entire process much more convenient for him. Furthermore, the same structured houses built throughout the area, might sometimes become monotonous and tedious for the eyes, with no creativity.

To summarize, in my opinion, one should be allowed to go for the style that resonates with them and their taste rather than being shoved into something they might not be comfortable with. This not only just encourages creativity and gives room for imagination, but also provides convenience to the owner to build their house with their likings.

Some believe that the design of the new house should not be changed and it remains of the same as the old one. While others consider that people should be free to design their new homes according to their wish. This essay will explore both views of house construction along with my point of view.

Same style of all the houses in an area have many merits. Those houses are easy to make and save lots of money and time. The latest and best design for a new home requires lots of research and effort. So same design homes are easy to construct for architects. They provide a well maintained structure to the city and are easy to keep clean and tidy. Same style building provides heritage and culture to the country.

On the other hand, some believe that people should be allowed to build their home according to their own choices. With modernization, the latest technology and changes make it mandatory to alter the building structure. Every family has its own needs and requirements and wants to design their dream house accordingly. Therefore, it is fair to construct their own house and not copy the old structure of someone’s building completely. The concept of new ideas comes with creativity and productivity that would be beneficial for architects and designers. In addition, the same structure houses may become monotonous and might not provide happiness to the owner.

In conclusion, same structure houses are easy to construct with a limited price range. However, individuals should have freedom to construct or renovate their home with their wishes. In my opinion, everyone has the right to design their homes according to their needs, this will lead to more job options in society and we could use the latest technologies for human benefit.

This essay will discuss both views and provide a conclusion in the end.

Construction of new houses in accordance of old houses can save a lot of effort of people because selecting a floor plan for a house is a challenging and time taken activity, but if people select the identical design, they will not be required to do any extra effort to build their houses. Moreover, if they adopt the same design, they will not need any service of architects and it will save their money too. For Instance, many people pay a huge amount to architects for designing houses which increased the cost of building the houses, but in this case, people do not require to spend on the same.

On the other hand, some people want to design their houses according to their style. These days, different types of new designs are available through various sources and individuals want to select a contemporary design for their dream houses, and do not prefer to follow old-fashioned designs. For example, designs for houses are revamping the old designs with modern techniques and architecture. Due to this, some people argue to built their houses according to new technology and design.

In conclusion, according to my opinion, people should be allowed to choose their own design houses by the local councils because the style and techniques of the houses are changing on regular basis and most people want to adopt new techniques rather than old-style layout.
