I am writing this letter with regard to my stay at Hyatt Regency, Mumbai on last Saturday .I did not have an amazing experience staying at your hotel.
I would like to express my disappointment at your hotel service and staff. As the air conditioner was not working properly, I complained at the reception but they were least bothered about my matter . Especially , the waiter who come to my room was not behaving properly and gave excuses for the issue .
I would like to let you know that it became so difficult for me to manage because the weather was extremely hot outside. In order to solve the problem, I used fan for the whole night. Along with that, I opened windows of my room as it was getting suffocated inside.
I would like you to fix the problem on the urgent basis by calling the technician . Especially , I would like you to take serious action against Mr. Surjit by replacing his job with some other deserving person who can talk to guests in a polite manner.
