Dear Ms. Rose,
I am visiting the King college in Greenmount, Northern Ireland next semester for a short training course that was registered for it by the general bank in Qatar. Therefore, I need to arrange for a place to live during my visit. The registration office asked me to contact you to arrange for the accommodation during September.
I will be alone, so a shared apartment or a single-bedroom apartment would be acceptable. Since it is going to be summertime, a cooling system would be an asset in the place that I will live in. Another thing, in order to get to my class easily, I prefer to have the location near the campus if available of course.
As I mentioned earlier, my course will start in the first week of September, so it would be better if I get the place ready to move in by mid of August. I will reach Northern Ireland by the end of August to prepare for the course and hopefully settle in the place that I will live in.
