    Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter:

    1) Describe the problem with the equipment.
    2) Explain how this problem is affecting your work.
    3) Say what you want the shop or company to do

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to complain about a wireless mouse that I bought from your store last week. I hope you would replace it immediately.

    The Logitech mouse I purchased from your shop in Karol Bagh dated 29<sup>th</sup> June has got lot of issues just after using two days. It does not function properly and frequently gets disconnected from the laptop. I had to connect it multiple times throughout the day to carry out my work. In addition to this, red LED which emits light gets dim after connecting with the device.

    I work from home as I have a two year old kid to take care so it becomes very difficult to carry out my office work smoothly due to frequent interruption that mouse causes. I am working on have several projects and to meet deadline it is very important to have uninterrupted service as my task gets delayed and most of the time is wasted in connecting to the device.

    I need to get this mouse issues fixed at the earliest in order to carry out my task without any trouble. I would request you either replace the item with a new one or repair the same in next two days time.

    I am sending the purchase receipt of the mouse for your perusal and hope to hear you on this matter at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/madam,

      I am writing this letter to complain about my laptop charger which I bought from your store.

      I have purchased a DELL laptop from your Galleria store one month ago and it worked fine for a month. But from last one week its laptop charger started having trouble charging my laptop, it gets heated within few minutes as it starts charging. And from last two days, charger has completely stopped working.

      It is my office laptop actually and due to this technical issue with my charger I am unable to complete my office work and it is affecting my deliverables and projects deadlines.

      Since my laptop is still under warranty period so I am entitled to claim for its repair from your shop. Please send a technical support guy at the earliest to repair my charger and in case the issue is non resolvable I request you to get my charger replaced with a new one.

      I am attaching the purchase receipt of laptop along with scanned copy of warranty card and would appreciate your prompt response on my problem.

    Dear Sir

    I’m writing this letter to bring to your notice about the weak working status of the new Zen brand router bought from your store last week. I have been working from home due to present pandemic situation and continuously facing low signal strength issues and having a lot of work delays.

    The router stopped working suddenly since last two days and i had to face work related issues as the entire work depends on network only. I had to go to my friends place to complete all my pending work.

    I had a project deadline this weekend and due to the router problem its making the work more hectic and difficult to meet my assigned goals.

    I need an immediate replacement of the product within a day or so at the earliest. Please do the needful.
