Feedback:
The introduction to the letter is appropriate and the purpose of the letter is clear. Fully addresses all parts of the task. Paragraphing is skilfully managed. Ideas are arranged in a logical order. The points are not always linked together well and punctuation is sometimes faulty. The sentences are kept quite simple and mistakes occur as soon as more complex structures are attempted. The lexical resource could have been improved.
You will further improve with practice.
