Deleted UserAugust 9, 2021 at 10:45 AMThe given bar graph indicates the frequency with which people in the USA ate at fast-food restaurants between 2003 and 2013.
Overall, people prefer to dine at fast-food outlets at least once a week or once or twice a month which saw a rise from 2003 to 2013 while going out every day and never were only a few times in the corresponding time period.
While the rate of dining out was highest for more than 30% in once a week along with almost 30% once or twice a month in 2003, it saw an upward growth to approximately 35% for the former although the latter had a downfall to nearly 25% for the year 2006. But in 2013, the preference changed to once or twice a month for almost 35% while the percentage of people who went out once a week was less than 30.
It is striking to note that the trend of going out to food in restaurants a few times a year remained constant in 2006 and 2013 at nearly 15% although only in 2006 there was a hike for several times a week for around 20%. Moreover, people who preferred to eat out every day and never were the minimum at rates less than 5% within which the highest among all the three years in both these cases was in 2003 that was close to 5%.

Once a week category was the highest among all the years when people loved to go outside to ate fast food, almost to 33%. Similarly, people who went once or twice a month to restaurants is around the same in percentage of 30%. Moreover, near 13% of people visited restaurants a few times a year. Whereas there is a count for those people as well, who didn’t go ate in restaurants, never.
The years 2006 and 2013 have been same in few categories for people. Like, people who used to go everyday or who never went to a restaurant is same in percentage for both years (i.e., around 3% and 4% respectively). Likewise, exact 15% were those who ate a few times a year in both the years, 2006 and 2013. However, the percentage of people in year 2006 and 2013 went upwards at peak of 33%, which was identical for people who liked to go restaurants once a week or twice a month.
