In my opinion, both the stances have their own set of repercussions and this essay will discuss about the same.
Leading and running a business requires one to have a certain level of expertise to ensure the smooth run and positive outcomes in the long run. Although mistakes provide you a lesson and experience, which is beneficial in long term, a business cannot afford constant unnecessary mistakes or it might prove to be be blunder for the company. Therefore, when it comes to making essential decisions for the company, we often expect the seniors in the leadership roles to make the necessary decisions, keeping in mind the profit of the company, as these seniors, owing to the experience and knowledge they possess in a particular field, are more likely to make a desirable decision than someone who is still a rookie. As a result, the seniors might be considered the only preferable people to be allowed to take important decisions.
On the other hand, another fact to be kept in mind is that a company possess other employees as well, who are putting as much efforts in a company, as a senior does, or sometimes even more. So it feels fair to involve them equally into the decision making process as well. Even though they might not have the same level of expertise and experience as a senior does, but having more people can bring more ideas, opinions and solutions, resulting into a better decision perhaps. Having the opinions of other colleagues can let you come up with more diverse ideas as these people have their fair share of knowledge too.
Having mentioned both the stances, in my opinion, it is a better idea to involve other suitable employees in the decision making process as well, along with the seniors as it is very natural for even highly skilled and experienced people to commit mistakes too, in certain circumstances, so it might be a fruitful idea to involve the minds and intellect of other employees as well, which can certainly lead to a profitable decision for the company.

*whereas + ‘on the other hand’ in the same sentence could be redundant.
*’discuss about’ is unnecessary. ‘discuss’ can be used without ‘about’ (“discuss an issue”)
* ” a company possess” It should be “possesses” .
* Some word choices can be improved. Overall, there is good control over sentence structure and punctuation.5/6

Deleted UserOctober 9, 2021 at 10:05 AMSome people think that higher officials alone should be indulged for making decisions in a business, while others think all employees should be involved in decision making. In this essay let us see both views.
To begin with, the idea of including only higher officials for making decision is quiet common in all corporate. People in junior position do not have experience to make decision. Junior employees many not aware of each nook and corner in business. If the organization includes their ideas, they will end up in a mess.
In addition to it, we cannot under estimate any one. Organization has to listen to all the employees. There may be better decision from employees from a junior position than a senior position. Even though they have less experience, their ideas will be good. By including junior employees, organization can understand their problem solving skills also; their skills will be improved from the lower designation. The best decision has to be rewarded and this will motivate them to work for the company.
To conclude with, irrespective of a position of employees all their idea has to be taken in to consideration. Then they can form a committee to consider the best decision. Based on the problem organization has to decide whether to get decision form people in lower designation or not. We cannot blindly accept both views. If the severity of the issue is high then it is better not to include higher officials. If the severity of the issue is low then it is better to include all.

* A couple of incorrect word choices (they didn’t fit well in the sentences) – indulge,
* I wouldn’t use ‘let us see’ in the thesis statement. Check out a few thesis statements in sample essays.
*Problems with plural nouns . “make decision” in second paragraph should be ‘decisions’
*’underestimate’ is written as a single word, no space.
* In the conclusion, you probably meant ‘better not to include juniors’

Deleted UserOctober 9, 2021 at 9:48 PMSome people argue that the decision-making should be restricted to an only higher level, while others say that employees should also be an integral part of decisions for a business. Should only seniors take all the decisions of the company or company should include employees also for the same? In my opinion, I believe employees’ views taken into consideration while making any decision for the company.
Many organisations believe that only supervisors are qualified for every decision because they have more experience and in-depth knowledge about the company. Senior-level management holds a reputed position in a company and it is believed that they hold a better position to take any decision for the business. It is illustrated further that, the boss is much more aware of the mission of the company and he can make the best decision with the help of his experience and knowledge. Thus, the argument for the involvement of only higher management is made justified.
On the other hand, some people favor that employees should include in the decision-making process because they work at ground level and they are very well aware of the root cause of any problem and challenges faced by the lower-level employees. In other words, a team member has a good theoretical and practical knowledge of real difficulties faced by staff members and if they are also included in decision – making process then it will help the organisation in achieving the right decision.
To conclude, although the experience of senior management plays a key role in any decision for a company, team members’ viewpoints should not overlook by the organisation because they have ground knowledge which may be helpful to make a decision.

* to an only higher level –> to higher levels only
*”I believe employees’ views taken into consideration while making any decision for the company.” Perhaps you meant ‘should be taken into’
*Passive voice error “that employees should include” —> “should be included”
“should not overlook” —> “should not be overlooked”
*(missing comma) before ‘then’ in “if they are also included in decision – making process then[,] it will help the organisation in achieving the right decision.”

Deleted UserOctober 9, 2021 at 11:54 PMSome people believe that people in senior position have the right to take decisions, while others think that members of staff should be involved in this process as well. Both views will be discussed in this essay along with my opinion.
When we are talking about experiences and expertise, senior people have got wide experience and knowledge. To run a business these are the most important factors. They are familiar with the way the business operates. They also know the strengths and weaknesses of their staffs. These experiences help the company to gain profit and do better in the future. In decision making some security concern is also involved as some confidential information being discussed in the meeting, so it is consider that the decisions should be made by managers.
On the flip side, there are plethora reasons for employees to participate in a decision making process. They also want to consider themselves a part of the organisation by giving their valuable ideas. If they are a part of decision making process, they present a great idea that seems beneficial for the company. By doing so the members of staff feel more connected to the company and perform better. This also enhance the self confidence in junior employees that leads to the organisation in next level.
In my opinion the involvement of employees should be there in this process for the betterment of the organisation. As we concern about the security of the confidential information, the organisation need not to discuss this with the every employee.

* “that people in senior position have the right to take decisions,”
(You probably meant to write “that only people in senior positions”, because the essay is not about whether they have the right to take decisions, it’s about whether only they should have that right or whether others should be included in that process.
* Please look up “staff” vs “staffs” , in most situations ‘staff’ without the plural ‘s’ would work even when we are talking about many people.
* some verb form problems “some confidential information (being discussed) might be discussed in the meeting, so it is considered that the decisions should be made by managers.”
“As we concern about the security” (As we are concerned…) – Please review the use of concern here, look up some sentence examples.
* Look up sentence examples with ‘plethora’, it is usually used with articles ‘a plethora of/the plethora of ‘depending on the sentence.
* in my opinion ‘On the flip side’ is too informal for an IELTS essay.
*”This also enhance” enhances
