Deleted UserJuly 14, 2021 at 9:38 PMDear Mrs Williams,
I’m writing this letter to inform you of the obstacle faced by us at your rented apartment. There has been no hot water supply for the last ten days. It’s too difficult to carry out our daily work.
I’m a student in the final year of my course, and I just can’t afford to get distracted at this time, since my final mark sheet will decide my prospects.
Every morning my two hour goes in boiling the water on a gas stove for my daily use, I along with my flatmates do require hot water for the whole day, as it’s chilling cold here in London. After boiling, there is an issue with storing it, as we don’t have that big container. We often had had big discussions and arguments on this. It’s really painful to watch our study time getting wasted on such an issue.
Two days back a team of plumbers have visited us, they did some servicing, but even that was temporary. The situation is still the same.
I guess the building has not done its annual maintenance for quite some time, so I would request you to kindly get it done, or else we need to move out of this flat. We just can’t afford to be spending our time in the kitchen for half a day and it’s not safe also for us.
Kindly look up into this matter seriously and get the work done at the earliest.
I hope that you will understand what hardship we are going through and try to solve it as soon as possible.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Rekha

Mr Joseph,
256 street,
Brighton.
Dear landlord,
I am shafi shaik, I am one of the tenants living in your property with my friends. I am writing to give you an update regarding the heating issue. The workmen you send were unable to solve the problem and their attempt is wasted.
we are all the students living in your flat. As you know now in winter it is extremely difficult to take a shower with the cold water early in the morning and apart from that we are having issue with the room HVAC unit, It is unable to maintain required room temperature, as a result one of our flat mate felt sick.
I can propose a solution, As the workmen you have sent were unable to solve the issue. I propose, i have a contact of a technician who previously resolved the issue in my institute. I can invite him for the inspection and ask him to send you quote. If you are comfortable, please let us know as soon as possible.
thank you,
shafi shaik.

Mr. Joshep
10, Hungerford Street.
East Australia.
Pin Code: SW1A 2AA
Subject: Scarcity of hot water
Dear Mr. Joshep,
This is to bring to your notice, that from the past couple of weeks the hot water facility is not available in our flat as the geysers available in both the washrooms are not functioning properly. I am writing this letter with extreme grievance that despite of several reminders, till today, i.e., 14th July 2021, the problem hasn’t been resolved.
As you may be aware of the fact that ‘Brington school of English Language’ conducts the second semester examination in the month of August, thus for us it is not even a month’s time that is left to get prepared for the examination.
Moreover in Australia, July is the coldest month and the winter season continues till the month of August. Hence, as the examination is knocking at the door, it is very much important to keep ourselves away from getting cold and staying fit.
Therefore to recapitulate, I would request you to please resolve the hot water related issues at the earliest and I look forward to your input on this.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully,
Mayukh Ghosh

Deleted UserAugust 25, 2021 at 7:48 PMDear Mr. Orton
I am writing this to bring to your notice on the difficulties that I have been facing due to the lack of hot water in my flat.
As you know the climate here is really cold with 2 degree Celsius, which makes taking shower without hot water very uncomfortable. I am really annoyed to use this water even after my workout. We could not take bath regularly as earlier. Moreover, I feel really disgusting to go to school with out taking a bath.
The workmen did try to fix but failed to do so.
I suggest to get some experts to repair it or replace the heater with a brand new one as soon as possible or I will have to vacate this place.
Yours Sincerely,
Abineswar

Deleted UserAugust 25, 2021 at 7:52 PMDear Landlord,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the problem of water at your rented flat. There has been no water supply since past week.It is getting quite troublesome now as we are facing lot of issues due to this.
Since I am a student here, so as a result of these problems I am not able to concentrate on my studies.Firstly , there is no proper timing for getting hot water supply. Sometimes it also happens that there is no hot water at all . We also tend to get late for our classes because of inaccurate supply of hot water . Even I had missed some my classes because of this. Especially in winters, it become quite difficult for all of us to live here.
Previous week two workmen visited our flat on your recommendations but they were not able to fix it up . It was quite painful for us also since we had to miss our work in order to get the problem fixed on that day. But eventually it proved to be waste.
To my understanding , we can call the actual team which is responsible for its maintenance. Since you are already a registered member of their company ,they will provide the services at the earliest.Kindly let us know if it looks fine to you as it would solve most of our day to day problems else if it would remain in the same manner we might have to look for other accommodations.
Thanking you for your assistance in advance,I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
Ashi

Deleted UserAugust 25, 2021 at 7:57 PMDear Mrs Alexandra,
I am writing this letter to notify you of the heating and hot water problem in our rented apartment for more than a weeks. After the problem occured we had reported the issue to the concerned person and a three repairemen visited our flat to fix it but without any result. My fltamtes and I are finding it very difficult to manage, especially as it is now the middle of winter and hoping that you would resolve it immediately.
I am Arpita, a software professional working in an IT company ABC in Halifax. I along with two other members, have been residing in your flat for the last seven months.
Unfortunately, the central heating system stopped working, we are unable to control water temperature and do not have any hot water in our flat. As a result we are forced to heat water using gas burners for our daily use. Similarly, We are suffering to a great extent due to this and the winter is almost unbearable without the heating system and hot water.
I hope you can understand our problem and take actions immediately by hiring some more competent workmen to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible, and get new systems installed at our place as soon as possible.
Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible and oblige us.
Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Arpita
