    1) say what the participants liked about the hotel

    2) explain why they were unhappy about the food

    3) suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

    Begin your letter as follows:

    Dear Sir,

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for organizing an extraordinary meeting on behalf of our company’s annual day eve in your esteemed hotel “ABC”, despite of this pandemic situation. I must say everything went so well according to our plan expect the food served on the entire day disappointed most of our clients.

Two days back, we have collected the feedback regarding the meeting from all our participants. Most of them were delighted with the place specially the conference hall which was so spacious with all the required amenities arranged for the meeting. Above all everyone liked the way you carried out the pandemic protocols such as sanitization, proper cleanliness maintained in the wash rooms throughout. This made us extremely happy.

However, the quality of the food was a spoil sport which disappointed most of our participants. Most of them complained about the poor quality of food items served specially the starters were stale. Also most of the food items were not at all hot. I would like to say that the chefs have to be trained good enough to maintain the quality of the food served.

I hope we cherish good vibes in the future projects and the quality of the food be maintained properly.

    Yours faithfully,

    XYZ.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to pass on the feedback received from my colleagues for my company’s IPO celebration meet conducted on 14th August at your hotel.

As the organizer and the one who picked your hotel, I am happy to inform that majority of the attendees liked the overall experience of the all day meet. The feedback explicitly praised the hotel’s spacious interiors, exquisite garden and the drinks provided. How they had entertaining discussions while sipping well crafted drinks in the fresh air of the garden was specially mentioned.

The only disappointment they had was the lunch. While they appreciated the spacious seating and the timely service, they complained about how bland the limited number of dishes served for lunch were. Moreover, as the dishes were mostly made of meat, the vegetarians suffered.

I would suggest you to include diverse cuisines with more spice as per the local preference and some healthy vegetarian dishes in your lunch menu. Some personal favorites which might be good additions to the menu are ‘Ginger chicken’ and ‘Paneer butter masala’.

Hoping to organize a more successful meeting at your hotel in the near future.

    Yours faithfully
    Suraj Parsi

    Dear Sir,

I would like to extend my warm gratitude for the incredible preparations done by your hotel staff throughout the day for our company’s meeting. The staff was very co-operating and humble to everyone present in the meeting. All the participants including our company’s employees and our clients were satisfied with the overall organisation of events one after the other, including sitting arrangements, and cleanliness in the hotel.

However, as per the feedback I received from the participants after the meeting, they seemed to be dissatisfied with the food that was served during lunch. The main concern that showed up, was the limited options for non-meat eaters. Where, there was plenty of variety for meat eaters, vegetarians were provided with only one item. Furthermore, the food served was not hot enough, which lead to people not eating proper lunch and opting for drinks only.

I would advise you to be attentive beforehand with the quality and freshness of the food being served. However, also avoiding any disparity in the variety of food options for both vegetarians and meat eaters . Since, we liked the preparations and your hotel’s staff we would definitely like to hold in-future company’s meetings at your prestigious hotel, if these suggestions would be taken into consideration by your management.

Looking forward for many such collaborations.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to give our company’s feedback on the all-day meeting held at your hotel premises.

The majority of the participants were quite fond of the amenities and facilities that your hotel offered especially the large halls, plenty of chairs and tables, a large projector screen, etc. We all agreed that the hotel staff was very friendly and also courteous when approached.

However, a lot of the participants were not happy with the catering services. Complaints regarding the food served cold and lack of variety of dishes were some of the concerns. A few even pointed that the food was a tad bit spicy and the number of starters was insufficient.

As a suggestion, we all would love it if you would make improvements in the catering section. The food must be served piping hot to enjoy it to the fullest. Also, a name card of the spice level of the food could be mentioned to keep people aware of the spice content. More variety of cuisines like including lots of starters and introducing a live counter are some other suggestions.

I hope you would consider our feedback and make the necessary amendments for our next meeting in September at your hotel.

    Yours faithfully,

    Paul Hinder

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to extend my gratitude for the exclusive preparations done by your staff members for the meeting of our company throughout the day. Each one present there were facilitated by the wonderful arrangements except the food. I am writing this letter to complain about the lunch served at the Taj hotel on the 23rd of April.

After the feedback was taken from the participants of the meeting held in your premises, I came to know that facilities were superb, and staff was humble and polite in providing their services. The meeting area was clean and tidy, and temperature was perfect for the all day discussion. The valet parking facility was very useful in saving time of the members.

When it came to the food, although there were few items that tasted very delicious but most of them were not up to the mark. They were not properly cooked and looked like made in a hurry and prepared by some amateur cooks. Moreover, the rice was overcooked whereas chicken was under. It was not matching their expectations as hotel Taj is well known for your best food in the town.

To keep your reputation, it is very important to take measures towards improving the quality of food as it may hamper your growth and fame in the future. It would be great if you ask you ask your cooks to taste the food before serving.

I hope the kind of food served will not be repeated and my feedback will help you in getting better in the future.

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding to inform that our employees are unhappy about the food. I organized a meeting in the Hilton hotel on seventh of this month. The feedback which we received from them was they liked the hotel but they were not satisfied about the food.

Our participants liked the way they were treated by your employees, the hospitality was good. The campus was clean and well maintained. The audio quality was fantastic and the speed of the WiFi connectivity was fast.

Our employees were unhappy about the food because some people felt that the food was too spicy and some felt the food was salty. In our organization people form various states are working. Even though the food was nice, but some people from particular region will not prefer spicy food.

I would like to give you a small suggestion to improve your business. There was a small pluck card kept in front of each food. If you mention the level of spicy and salt of the food, it will be ease for people to choose the according to their taste.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Yours faithfully,

    Sheeba Jebin.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to give my feedback on our recent meeting organized in Landspark Hotel on 23rd October.

My colleagues were very pleased with the venue I choose for the meeting as the ambience was quite ravishing. During the short break, they got a chance to play the billiards which was right outside the meeting hall. The waiters were coordinal and the technical team made the day go smooth without glitches.

While taking feedback from my team, many of them pointed on the quality of food served during lunch. Especially the main course was disappointing according to the survey we conducted. It was mentioned that the vegetable curry was unexceptionally spicy and the rice served was over cooked. Though they enjoyed the desserts.

In this regard, I would like to suggest that more attention can be given to tasting the food after it is cooked by the head chef so that such mishaps does not happen. Moreover, hiring some specialized regional chefs would do more justice to indigenous food.

I hope you consider my request.

    Yours faithfully,

    John Smith
