    Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inquire about the courses that your school offers. As I have considerable interest in learning more about English , I have planned to come Canada for the greater understanding of the programme.

At the onset, I would like to ask about the school. Because I have never visited any country for education purpose, it would be a new set of experience for me . Especially , I want to know the operating hours of the school, I have read on the internet that institution offers flexible working hours which infact is a great deal for me . Besides that, because of the current pandemic, the classes would be conducted in offline or online mode.

Furthermore, I would like to request you to consider my preferable accomodation. As I have never shared my room with anyone , one room set along with attached washroom is suitable for me, that would further allow me to have privacy in my room.

Lastly, I want you to ask for the plant based food. Not only I have problem in eating cooked food but also I feel that they are hard to digest . After eating heavy foods, I continually fall ill. I do not want to cause a problem for you .

I hope you will take my concerns into consideration.

    Yours sincerely, Date. 27-05-2021

      Great job writing this letter, there are few things I would like to mention here as a feedback;

At the onset is not a correct phrase to use here instead use, “I would like to start with”

      A new set of experience(s)

Besides that, I would like to have information about the mood of the classes, whether they will be conducted off-line or online.

    Dear Sir,

I am a graduate student from Bozo School, which is a renowned Indian institution in the field of linguistics. As I am keen on pursuing an advanced course in English Literature more particularly from a world-class School like yours and as I stay overseas, I have visited your website to check the course details and I am writing to you to seek further details in this regard.

Firstly, I would like to know whether you have 3 years part time course in addition to the 2 year full-time course advertised on your website. If so, it would be helpful if you could share the details thereof.

Secondly, I would need a decent accommodation, preferably twin-sharing room and an attached kitchenette, as I usually read in the nights and it is quite comfortable to have a stove handy for coffee and the like. Of-course it need not be an elaborate kitchen and a basic cooking arrangement would suffice as I am a frugal eater.

Thirdly, you may kind share details about the canteen food, as I consume only vegetarian food on Fridays for religious reasons and also advise if it would be possible to arrange for the same along with the costs for such arrangement.

I look forward for an early response, so that I can file the necessary application and pay the requisite fees for the coming fall session.

    Thanking you,

    Yours faithfully,

    Jim Smith

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am interested in joining your institution to study English. Since your institution is one of the highly ranked colleges to teach English in my country to study abroad, I will be delighted to be accepted at your college.

Although your website has lots of information about the English course, I need some clarifications regarding the school itself. I will be grateful if you send me more details about the scholarships that are provided to international students and if there are any part-time jobs I can apply to before I start my classes.

Moreover, I am interested to find out if you provide private one-bedroom apartments or all shared accommodations with other students. I personally prefer to have my own bedroom so I can focus on my studies without being disturbed.

Also, it will be very convenient if the accommodation is near the campus, so I don’t have to waste time during transportation.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Yours sincerely,

    Eman Rashed
