Hi Max,
First of all I would like to convey my gratitude for the courtesy extended by you and your family while my stay at your home during last weekend. Please convey my regards to your parents as well.
You may recall that my grandfather has gifted me an antique watch on my 18th birthday and you were also very fascinated, when I have shown the same to you. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the same at your home and could only found that, when I have reached my home and was unpacking my things. I have kept it in the second drawer of the cabinet placed adjacent to bed on which I used to sleep.
As you are aware that this watch is very much precious for me, I request you to send the same on my mailing address through mail or you may drop the same at my house if you find the same more convenient.

When I reached my home.(Perfect sentence is not needed here)
Grammatical range needs to improve, other than that maintain grammatical accuracy.

Hope this letter finds you well. I had a wonderful stay at your place last weekend.
Firstly, thank you for inviting me to stay at your home and it was a very pleasant visit. I had a gala time with your family as they are very welcoming and the food was relishing. I actually did the things like playing cards, which I used to do in my childhood days.
After coming home I realised that in excitement, I have left my watch in your bedroom on the study table. The watch is a mechanical one with a big round dial and red strap. At the back of the watch, the brand name is written which is Casio.
I would be grateful if you could keep it safely in a box with you to avoid any scratches. I will be sending my brother tomorrow to your house and please hand over that box to him.
