Most of the organizations prefer designing open space cubicles instead of traditional designs in the recent days. Though the traditional designs are providing many benefits as such, I believe open office is for sure more advantageous. Let us consider the pros and cons of the open space layout.

Firstly, open office cubicles helps in better communication between the employees. When in a closed environment, people rarely get to discuss or share a joke at time. This kind of interaction helps in relieving stress and makes the work less difficult. Furthermore, they also get to discuss their views, provide solutions and share their experiences within their team, which in turn creates coordination and improves the teamwork. In addition to this, Open space layout is cost effective than normal traditional office spaces. Companies can save up the cost of buying separate tables and arranging space for every individual staff instead, they could provide employees with benefits or other facilities.

The cons of this setup include lack of privacy and distractions. For Instance, when an employee has to complete a lot of work with a tight deadline, in an open space, people get distracted so easily with multiple conversations running in the background. Consequently this leads to a delay in completion of work and thereby reduction in the quality of work. Secondly, Some employees carry top confidential information that is not to be shared with anyone. However, in an open cubicle setup, keeping a secret becomes laborious since anyone can hear or see anything.

To conclude, though open office layout has certain disadvantages, I believe that it does provide more benefits. For example, consider the current scenario, if we all were working in closed separate rooms before Covid – 19 epidemic, currently it would be awkward and less fun to attend online meeting rooms. On the other hand, all our lives would be bored to hell if we would not have those fun-filled memories of chats and giggles we shared in our office premises. This kind of team coordination and spirit is mainly possible because of the open-space cubicles. Therefore, I believe that open space layout is much more beneficial and outweigh its drawbacks.

Conclusion is not as per the format we have discussed in class. It has to be the summary of paragraph , examples should be included in body paragraphs not in conclusion . Otherwise, well- written essay.

This essay will first examine the benefits relating to cost and communication which outweighs its drawbacks in terms of privacy and productivity. Nowadays, most of the companies started adopting open space designs instead of traditional cubicle designs in their offices. This essay will first examine the benefits relating to cost and communication which outweighs its drawbacks in terms of privacy and productivity.

Furthermore, the main advantages of new ways of office setup are better interaction between employees and cost effectiveness for the organization. Firstly, open space offices decrease barriers among the employees and the managers, which in turn establish good communication and better relations among them. Secondly, omitting the separate room concept within the office leads to less expenditure, also making more empty space available for other activities. For instance, these days many offices have gyms, game rooms, yoga centers, open theaters etc.

However, there are hidden cons associated with this new concept which are the lack of privacy and less amount of work completed on time then expected. Sometimes, people working in different projects might become a victim of security breach, which ultimately leads to important data leaks. On the other hand, constant distractions from the background couldn’t let staff to focus on their work, hence deadlines are not met beforehand. It has been in newspapers for a long time now, that nowadays people are not completing their work on time because they are too busy with other stuff within the office.

To conclude, though open offices have some disadvantages, I believe it has more pros than cons. Because of these new office layouts people are able to talk and make their workspace more entertaining. This new concept is not only beneficial for employees, but also for the organization to save money.

Nowadays, many offices are opting for open space designs over compartmentalized floor plans. In my opinion, this is a positive change because of its social and work related benefits.

It increases communication and interaction among the peers which impacts the morale of an individual who can make friends and enjoy each other’s company through out the day. A good example of this would be offices designed by Flipkart. They intentionally created offices that allowed individuals to meet in the common areas and facilitates interactions between different divisions in the company. By meeting others on regular basis, employees adds more perspective and imagination in their work.

On the other hand, open-space design can reduce efficiency. Over the course of the day, various interruptions like phone calls and other noises can adversely effects individuals focus, private life. Recent research has shown that communication leads to decline in total work output.

In conclusion, there may be minor tradeoffs in term of productivity, it is a good change as it allows employees to be more creative, reduces cost of office by allowing more people in the open workplace.

Most of the enterprises have now started building more and more open space designs for offices, instead of separate cubicles for each employee. Here in this paragraph, I am going to elaborate on how the positive impact of open space designs outweighs its negative impact.

Primarily, this type of design promotes more efficiency in an organization as it is easy to interact with subordinates and co-employees in open space designs. Furthermore, in open space designs, it is easy to do socializing for the staff which sometimes acts as a stress buster for them. In addition to that, open space leads to more harmony among the workers and supervisor which increases overall productivity of the organization. Another striking benefit in this regard is that, this design is cost effective as compared to separate rooms design.

Apart from that, there are also some disadvantages like it leads to less privacy in the organization which negatively affects the work. For instance, top level executives need separate cubicle because their work requires more privacy. Secondly, it also leads to less concentration on work as there is more disturbance in open space design. Enterprises should provide open space design for middle level workforce whereas top level or senior management should get separate space.

According to the above arguments, one can reach the conclusion that despite some drawbacks the open space designs are more effective as compared to separate rooms. The drawbacks of this can be overcome by following certain methods and procedures like by building partition among different departments and by making noise proof structures inside the enterprise, etc .

Open space designs in which lot of employees can sit and work together are more trendy these days when compared to separate cabins .These designs have more advantages compared to disadvantages. In the following paragraphs , I will elaborate my views on advantages and disadvantages and how it overshadow.

Firstly, Its cost effective design as it can accommodates more number of employees at a much smaller area .Secondly, it boosts a cooperative environment and helps in team building spirit among employees. For example Apple company which is the most technological advance company have the open space environment design for all its 12000 employees which helps them to share the creative ideas and develop the best products in the world .

On the other side, this structure is distracting and lacking the privacy. Employees concentration will be disturbed by noises or phone calls if working in communal spaces. Consequently it could impact the overall productivity and efficiency of workers. In addition , the open space also disturb the privacy of the employees. Sometime , it could be inconvenient for the people to do the confidential work or take personal phone calls . As it insist feeling of discomfort among employees.

In conclusion , despite the disadvantages of distracting and privacy issue the benefits are more both for the employer and employees in the open office structure . Thus advantages overweight disadvantages. In my opinion more and more office will adopt this open space design environment.

These days, open office designs are being used more than closed-door styles. There are both merits and demerits of this change. In my opinion, the advantages of having broad single open hall for a job outweigh its disadvantages.

There are a number of benefits of a large open office hall which includes the motivation of work and monitoring. An open space where all staff do their job together under one roof creates an atmosphere of mutual working. For example, most Wall Street offices are designed under a single open-hall theory, where all employees sit together. This has improved efficency of work as workers are able to communicate during the job and able to adopt a working atmosphere of the whole room.Furthermore,it is easy for employers to monitor the quality of performance in an open space design.Because it gives a wide view and few cameras to keep an eye on employees.

Moreover, open styles are cost effective. In contrast, separate rooms are costly in terms of money and time. Because it takes longer to build individual rooms in a building. Also, installations of different equipment and facilities in an open design are esay.To illustrate this, fewer air-cons and internet modems are sufficient for a single open room but in case of an office that has an lot of rooms are required for each room to have an air-con and internet facility. There is no doubt that all these merits stand in good stead as long as a building’s cost matters.

In conclusion, open designs for offices are far better than different rooms n an office because of surveillance and cost.It also provides a working condition within a building when all personnel are working under the same roof together. In my opinion, there are more benefits of open space building.

Nowadays, there are more and more office are adopting an open-space design for employees. While it is not accepted by all the companies currently, I still view such a design style will definetely have a brightp future. In the following paragraphs, I will elaborate on my views from the perspective of the staff and the enterprises.

Firstly, an opening design for the working environment is beneficial for employees’ working satisfaction. For one thing, people who are working in an open place it easier to build up a close rapport with each other, because it is much easier to interact and communicate o a regular basis. Thus it boosts a cooperative atmosphere, and it is constructive for forming a teamwork spirit around. With a friendly working environment, staffs are more likely to be productive, and therefore their job satisfaction more likely to be fulfilled.

In addition, enterprises can benefit a lot by providing an opening design for their staff. For example, well-known companies like Google and Apple are all providing their designers with a more flexible working time and environment. In another word, instead of assigning them to work in a particular chamber from nine a. m. to five p. m., these global enterprises realize that how important it is for them to offer a rather free working condition in order to ensure their staffs’ productivity thus benefiting the company as a whole. Therefore, working in an open areas assists employees’ creativity and will evntually bring a huge profit to the company.

In conclusion, working in an open-space environment bring benefits both from a personal level and a company level. Therefore, rather than thinking about how to regulate employees behaviours, maybe it is better for enterpreneurs to employ a new style of design inn our office envirnoment.

In recent years, most offices opted for open-space designs than individual cabins to work. This essay will examine both the advantages and disadvantages and provide logical conclusion.

To begin with, in open workspace people can have better communication with other workers in the absence of physical barriers. Employees are more likely to communicate with one another and work as team. Furthermore, operational cost is low when compared with traditional cubicles. For instance, nowadays most start ups opted for this kind of layouts in order to keep their running cost low and invest more in business, which could make their business more profitable.

However, employees can feel lack of privacy and can create insecurity feeling of being continuously monitored, while this can be a pro for boss, but it can be a con for employee. Although separate cabins can be pleasant to work, but employees can get influenced from distractions like social networking sites, which can bring their productivity down. Additionally, when a employee is effected with seasonal flues in open work space it can spread germs and can infect other counterparts, which can be an alarming issue. To illustrate, in Covid times offices were unable to curb the spread as these viruses need a closed environment to stop spreading due to this employee were asked to quarantine for 14days which could affect companies performance.

To conclude, although open-space design has its advantages like employee interaction, team building and low operational cost; however, in the pandemic’s viruses can spread easily which can affect organization profits. I believe these advantages outweigh disadvantages.

First and foremost, being engaged without walls gives opportunity to be more productive to the employee and helps employer to have a better check on the workers. To put it in other words, employed in group gives hike to more ideas hence generates creativity amongst colleagues. The manager gets an easy access to observe the workers’ performances if they work outside their cabins. For an instance, every individual performs way better if he knows there is an eye over him. Therefore, working outside cabinets is much more reliable.

On the other hand, functioning while sitting together can be disturbing for a few and may also hamper a person’s privacy. To add on, when people sit next to each other they frequently start talking much which distracts their assigned task. Also, numerous jobholders prefer to work alone in their own comfort zone which is not possible without having closed working space. For example, a plethora of employees copy malpractices from their colleagues while being closer to them. However, vigilant surveillance can definitely overcome these issues.

To conclude, after agglomerating the aforementioned writing it is right to state that operating alone may be beneficial for some but generally the open working areas serve much more assets compared to the four-walled structure

Organizations are inclining towards open-space designs rather than separate rooms. Although, working in cubicles can accommodate a large number of employees and also, encourages efficient productivity, but it has certain drawbacks too. This essay will discuss the pros and cons of this particular concept

Some of the advantages of working together in an open- space include emotional bonds between employees of various levels, where managers are approachable. Therefore, sitting adjacent to the seniors helps clear any doubts and promptly complete the daily task. Moreover, open-space designs also help in supervising the staff, which means the quality of work is not hampered and work ethics are followed diligently. For example, if the company deals with clients’ sensitive confidential information, managers can ensure there are no data breaches and malpractices followed on the floor.

On the other hand, working in open areas has some major disadvantages like chaos in the workspace which leads to distraction and noise. Over a course of time, due to a lack of focus, there will be errors that can reduce the amount of work completed. Another drawback of this design is the lack of privacy, which disrupts the workflow and confidentiality of an associate. For example, employees engage in long personal conversations with the people around them during their prime hours at work, this causes a loss of time and delay in submitting the reports on time.

To conclude, working in an open space set up has an extremely positive influence on the employees, specifically, in coordinating with their seniors and better utilization of manpower. I believe these benefits certainly outweigh the drawbacks.

In modern companies, open-space designs, in which many employees sit and work together, are becoming more popular. Compared with separate rooms, these designs may seem more advantageous; however, there are some obvious disadvantages as well.

This traditional approach to design has some appeal in the office, especially in terms of budget and structure. Cost savings are the first benefit of this project. Tenants can replace thick walls with glass panels instead of thick walls to separate separate units, thus reducing construction costs. Creating an open space can also benefit the organization as it improves office structure. By tearing down unnecessary walls, the offices not only look modern, but also have more space.

Although this approach has the precedent qualifications, there are a number of obstacles too. Open offices are unavoidably disruptive. Lack of walls means that employees are aware of events that take place around them, some of which draw their eyes easily and take a long time to return to focus mode. This will no doubt reduce efficiency. Another drawback of this step is the lack of privacy. Some people prefer to work in private areas as they are able to focus more on their jobs and are not under surveillance. Therefore, a lack of privacy may also lead to a decrease in productivity as well. Since a company should take production as the most important thing, this disadvantage has absolute benefits.

In conclusion, working in an open space environment benefits both at the individual and corporate level. So, instead of thinking about how to regulate employee behavior, entrepreneurs may be better off using a new design style in the office environment.

Nowadays, there are many IT companies that are adapting open space work design for the employees. I think this type of workspace creates work friendly environment but it has certain drawbacks too.

Firstly, open space design creates a work friendly environment which allows better transfer of information and ideas. Mostly the employees are separated into many groups or teams which helps to create a friendly environment and it makes easy for them to interact or communicate with each other.

Secondly, open space design breaks hierarcy
as it makes the work environment more democratic instead of autocratic. Which motivates the employees and makes them feel responsible.

However, open space design has some drawbacks too as it leads to chaos sometimes.

Every staff member has different nature and way of doing work. Sometimes it can lead to chaos and it also disturbs mental peace of some employees . Which will decrease the productivity level of employees. However we can eliminate this by setting up new guidelines.

To conclude, despite of having some disadvantages it has some great advantages which will help both the employees and the company in growth. I feel these advantages of open space design outweigh its drawbacks.

In the recent times, There is a great traction on designing the office space with open-space concept predominantly by many firms rather than the old fashioned cubicle design. In this essay, we will go over the advantage which open-space design provides as well as its disadvantages and I will finally take my stance on either one of them.

First and Foremost, Open-space designs are being adopted by many companies as it offers various benefits to both employers and employees such as inclusiveness, parity and fraternity among employees and their leaders. Indeed, Sitting aside with leaders will boost the morale of the employees sheerly because it elicits positive impression in them that they are being treated fairly and equally irrespective of hierarchy. Obviously, cost factor is also involved as this design provides an option to accommodate more people in lesser space.

On the other hand, cubicle design is slowly becoming obsolete as cost cutting concerns are bubbling up quickly when compare to others. Nevertheless, it provided great advantages which we find it lacking in open-space. For some of the sectors like financial services, open-space creates insecurity that the data cannot be kept confidential. So these kind of misconducts can be avoided if there is more privacy by implementing enclosed cubicles.

In my opinion, open-space can be applicable for most of the companies as it has utter advantages as cost and inclusivity plays a major role but we cannot disregard the issues which it brings to some of sectors like finances. So space design should be adopted based on the primary needs and its plausibility rather than applying it blindly.

defoliated may be not right word to use

when any person is newly appointed, they have (he has)

try to avoid the usage of “we” ,”I” until and unless they are asking your opinion

there is need of one concession statement in B.P 2 , to state your opinion

I believe effective proof reading is required as at times sentences lack helping verbs or so.

These days, most of the organizations are getting designed in open areas, in place of personal office units. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of both open-space and personal areas for work and provide a logical conclusion that advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

First of all, getting help from others is really important for a new joiner in an organization to grasp the working knowledge, and if everyone seat together it becomes easier and effective. Furthermore, this kind of seating arrangement enhances the servant leadership mindset as the manager seats next to the employee which reduces the fear and mental distance between them. Secondly, this kind of seating structure is truly effecting to reduce the operational cost of a company. For instance, Bill gates started his company from a small room, even he did not have enough money to buy furniture as he invested all money to the things which can give him better output and the rest is history that we all know.

On the other hand, there are few negative aspects of seating together like it creates a noisy environment and sometimes it creates a disturbance to work peacefully. In addition to this, the lack of privacy sometimes becomes very disturbing and annoying. For example, during the appraisal time, if an employee is seating next to his manager, there are possible chances that the employee can get confidential information from his manager’s system which can be very dangerous.

To conclude, although open-space design has its disadvantages like lack of privacy or disturbance, it can be easily handled, by installing CCTV cameras; however, the advantages like employee interaction, team building and low operational cost certainly outweigh the drawbacks.
