अपराधी वो होते हैं जो किसी भी कारणवश अपराध करते हैं। यही वो परिभाषा है जो हम सभी से उम्मीद करते हैं। और ये भी उम्मीद करते हैं कि ऐसे लोगों को अपराधी नाम दिया जाए। पर ये बताने की ज़रूरत नहीं कि यह नाम वास्तव में सभी अपराधियों को नहीं दिया जाता और यह भी ज़रुरी नहीं कि जिन्हें दिया जाता है वो अपराधी ही हों। हम अक्सर छिपे हुए अपराधों के बारे में सुनते हैं जो कभी उजागर ही नहीं हुए, कारण कर्इ हैं, कभी-कभी ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि पीड़ित भविष्य के दुस्प्रभावों से डरता है जो उसके साथ या उसके अपनों के साथ हो सकते हैं या फिर कभी इसलिए कि वो कानून के बारे में जानता ही नहीं जो उसे न्याय दे सकते हैं। ये अपराध बहुत अधिक मात्रा में होते हैं। मैं समझता हूँ कि शिक्षा अपराध की दर कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। हमारा देश आगे बढ़ेगा अगर हम अपने आस-पास की तरक्की करें। एक क्रान्ति के लिए कर्इ नहीं, एक ही काफी है।

Culprit is the one who do crime for any reason. This is the terminology which we expect from everyone. And also we anticipate that this men will gotten the name of Criminal. But this is not necessary to say that in reality this name won’t given to all the Culprits and also this is not mandatory that whoever got this name is a Criminal. We have listened lot of secretive crimes regularly which have never been exposed, many reasons behind this, sometimes this happened because the victim would have feared the bad consequences of future which would have happened to him or his near one’s or sometime it’s that he doesn’t know about the police who would give him the justice. This Crime has been taken place alot. I understand that education can take an important place to reduce the rate of crimes. Our country will rise if we progress of our neighborhood.For a revolution not many one , a single one is enough.

Also we expect to declare these people as culprits. but it is not necessary to tell that, this declaration not be given to all culprits in reality. and also this is not mandatory that whoever get this name, is a culprit. we often heard about secrete crimes, which are never been exposed, lots of reason are there, sometimes this happened because the victim scared from the bad consequences for future, which could be happened with him or his own. Moreover, he doesn’t know about the law, which could give him justice. these crimes are in many numbers. i understand that, education play an important role to reduce the status of crimes. our country will grow and we progress our surroundings. For a revolution, a single man is enough not many.
