In today’s world, a great number of people depend on the internet for most of their requirements. People, without a doubt, prefer the internet to the newspaper for news updates. Newspapers, on the other hand, have their own place in the news industry, even though their audience is rapidly declining.

For various reasons, newspapers are regarded as the most significant source of news and information. Newspapers have been for a long time, long before the internet, and they are not going away anytime soon.

People of the older generation, as well as many young people, still rely on newspapers since they have been reading newspapers since they were very young, and it has been a habit for them. People can’t just stop doing something they’ve been doing for a long time. Also, not everyone is at ease with cutting-edge technology. Furthermore, many people are still unfamiliar with phones and computers, and there are still regions where the internet is not available at all. Even better, newspapers do not strain the eyes. As a result, individuals may read them for lengthy periods of time. Newspapers’ trustworthiness is another aspect that works in their favor.

To summaries, while technology is rapidly evolving, it will never be able to entirely replace traditional methods of receiving news and information.

In recent years, digitization has become an essential part of our lives, and it has affected every part of our lives, including our tendency to understand. While an increasing number of people prefer to read news online, it has been argued that newspapers will continue to be the basic source of information and data. I disagree with this view. In my opinion, reading papers is a habit and later individuals will move to computerized news.

There are many benefits of reading news on the web. The main advantage of online news is that it is up-to-date and convenient to read. Conventional papers are refreshed only once per day, yet their internet-based versions are updated continuously. Additionally finding data online is easy as anyone can undoubtedly see any topic and refresh the moment by entering a keyword. Furthermore, computerized news is easy to read and attractive because news seekers does not need to turn pages in paper to find information.

In addition, Online news can be accessed for free or at a minimal cost, whereas traditional newspapers are costlier than their digital versions. For instance, the monthly subscription fee of most newspapers is more than Rs. 250, which makes them at least 80-90% costlier than e-newspapers. Last but not least, people around the globe understood the impact newspapers have on the environment, whereas online press does not require any paper or ink to publish. Hence, it is considered as eco-friendly.

To summarise, People are love to read traditional newspapers. However, considering the advantages of digital news, I strongly believe that people will leave their habit, and switch to online news, which will become the primary source of information in the near future.

Now-a-days the internet has become so popular many people are watching the latest news on internet and traditional newspaper are less valued to younger generation. As per my opinion, I partially agree with this statement, and i feel that it mainly depends on personal interest, as i will explain.

Firstly when we consider young generation, it is basically true that conventional newspaper have less important role to play. Young people have grown up in a digital world and use computer as it is quick, effective, easy to gain information moreover, its available at any point of time. Although, newspaper are published in early hours, the news continues to spread throughout the days, and this is available on our phone and we even can follow news stories update regularly. Youth of today feel much more confident using mobile devices, as they have been part of their daily lives.

Nevertheless, The opposite is the case for older generation is the case for older generations. Traditional newspaper have become part of our national identity in many nations. For elderly people it might not be as comfortable when using internet on mobile phone so for them conventional form of news is nostalgic feeling. For some technology can be terrifying to some individual, as they are afraid of change. Yes they do feel the newspaper can also be used in many household chores like wrapping stuff, crafting, Now-a-days traditional newspaper agencies are providing lots of gifting scheme as their business is in risk which attract some individuals. Furthermore, they do have some disadvantages like printing and distributing cost which are not same with online news, even we have to wait for the next day to have updated news for example exam result which are published via conventional method are not available on same day whereas, in online we can get that result in matter of second at any place of world.

In conclusion, Traditional newspaper and online newspaper both have their own advantages and disadvantages its all depend on news seeker point of view and how they find it useful, it is tricky to be certain for this claim to be true.

In my opinion, even though the number of people are adapting to the internet in increasing day by day, still vast number of people prefer the newspaper as their main source of receiving news. This is because some people still cannot gain access to internet totally or even understand it overall.

There are many places where there is no internet provided but only newspapers are supplied on a daily basis, like the rural areas located far away from the city/urban area. For example, I had once visited a village in Rajasthan for a school project in which we had learn about their lifestyle and culture in detail and make notes about it. I was shook and amazed to know that there was no internet or telecommunication facilities there until last month. Although they were provided with these modern facilities, they were rigid with their decision on not improvising and adapting to the newer generation as it could affect their life in a negative manner. They said every basic necessity was provided to them and they did not require and would never manifest for any technological development.

Taking everything into consideration I believe that some people have a taboo about the new technological development being a negative influence to the coming new generation and would affect them in a negative way. So they would prefer their old lifestyle and habits.

A few years ago, the newspaper was the primary source of news; however, we saw the internet revolution in the last two decades. This is the internet era where we cannot imagine our life without this. Nowadays, the internet is a vital source of information. We can get the latest news anywhere in the world with just a single click; therefore, there is a debate whether print media is losing its significance.

If I specifically talk about India, seventy per cent of the population is still living in the countryside and have limited access to the internet. Although, since the launching of the digital India campaign by the Prime Minister of India, the coverage of the internet has been spreading rapidly; nevertheless, there is a large population who either do not have access to the accessibility of internet or smartphone, in addition to that, some people are not tech-savvy and use gadgets only as a means of communication; consequently they are dependent on the conventional method of receiving the news. Furthermore, on account of increasing health awareness, many people avoid excessive use of electronic gadgets to get the news because they emit radiation and blue lights, which is harmful to the health; thus, they prefer newspapers over electronic media.

On the other hand, because electronic media and the internet have the fastest means to get up-to-date news and many people do not want to wait for the next day to get the updates, moreover, they can have access to the latest news worldwide; therefore, they use the internet as a primary source of news and information.

In conclusion, from my standpoint, electronic media or internet and print media both have their magnitude and go hand in hand. A fraction of the populace may like to read news on the internet and others from newspapers.

Social media have taken a completely different approach in recent years due to advance technology. Some people claim that technology for themselves up to date on information from society. This essay argues for news seekers and news followers, to have accessing news up to date then how the internet helps more advanced than traditional newspapers. Internet, one of the most important inventions of technology has made it easier for people to access information up to date.

Even though many people read the news on the internet, newspapers are the prime source for most of them. It is agreed that we gain a lot of information by reading newspapers. This essay first explains about what makes newspapers the major resource, followed by comparison with the news on the internet and finally conclusion.

Newspapers reach each and every corner of the world. The content provided in the newspapers is properly structured among different sections like politics, jobs, sports, business and movies. They are easily accessible for the people among all age groups. For example, an old age person or a small kid who don’t know how to use internet, can easily grab the information just by reading the newspaper.

Information provided in online is segregated and it is difficult to find proper data. For single news, there are many resources available and few assets may provide fake information. When it comes to newspaper we will have all the information in hand, we can gather the information that is required for us. For instance, a person who wants to start a business, he can easily fetch the content needed from the business section. Although internet has huge information but one has to put more efforts to gather it.

In conclusion, newspaper contains vast info than the news on internet. In order to get proper, original and well organized information it is recommended to read newspapers.

The line graph given here shows the different sources of air pollution in the UK from 1990 to 2005.

From the graph we can say that overall air pollution levels have been decreasing, the industry has been a major contributor to air pollution while household has contributed the through the years.

Air pollution caused by the industry has steadily declinied in the 90s decade by approximately 4 million tone, moreover there is decline even after the year 1999 but it is not as steap as before.

The total number of pollutants emitted into the air gradually reduced to about 5 million tonnes by 2005. Further, the industry with the highest amount of contaminants with 5.5 million tonnes in 1990 gradually declined to about 2 million tonnes in 2005. Although the figures for transport and household emissions were equal at the beginning of the period, there was a slight increase in the number of air pollutants from transport to 1 million tonnes by 2005, meanwhile the household emission dropped to a negligible level at 0.1 million tonnes at the end of the period.

Traditional newspapers play a vital role in sending news all around the world. It is considered as one of the regular morning routine to read the newspaper while having coffee. Nowadays this habit is getting switched over to read conventional news available in the internet throughout the day. In this essay, I will be discussing about both the positive and negative impacts of this new trend.

Since people are very busy nowadays due to long working hours and more challenges in reaching the workplace on time during office hours, they are unable to spend much time to read the paper leisurely. Moreover, due to increasing number of service providers to avail internet data throughout the day for lesser price has made them to go for news displayed in websites. At any time we can read the latest news by just browsing the internet. It is very comfortable for us to read even while travelling. It saves our time as well as the cost of printed newspapers.

When we think about the cost of printing newspaper and its negative impact on our environment, it is said that to make five hundred sheets of paper around twenty-four trees with forty-five feet trunk should be cut down. To reduce the cutting down of trees and to save our environment it is always better to read news in websites which are updated at regular intervals. To read traditional newspapers we have to wait for the particular time to get in our hand either in the morning or in the evening although we get one day old news.

To conclude, reading up-to-date news on the internet is the best way to save our time and cost at this fastmoving world so that we can also upgrade ourselves along with the new and recent developments around us.

It is often believed that lots of people prefer newspapers as a primary source, even though increasing number of people read the news on internet. I completely disagree with the statement as I think that newspapers are rather too slow when compared to recent technology.

First of all, I consider that information delayed is similar to information undelivered. The process of new delivery in a local daily is a tedious process and it requires comparatively more time when compared to that of a social media, which is just type and send. For example, there are even facebook pages which acts as popular news platforms where any member of the group could update news instantly; OfCourse, with the video of the event. That said, it is good to enjoy the swiftness of technology offered by the online media.

Secondly, online news provides an opportunity to share personal comments and provide reactions for each bulletin. In other words, the real emotions of the public could be weighed from those reactions and comments. Newspapers on the other hand is not much interactive as compared to social media. For instance, ANI news, which is a leading online bulletin platform publishes its news on facebook, twitter and other platforms supporting comments and reactions. There are also instances of comments and feedbacks from popular celebrities which in turn would turn out to be a new sensational news. So, interaction is a newest and the best feature which the newspaper won’t ever be able to bring about.

To conclude, I strongly believe that newspaper won’t be a primary source of news for the majority community anymore as it is getting replaced by online bulletin day by day. This is because of its speed of news delivery and increased discussion possibility within the online platform.

Nowadays more and more people are getting updated with current affairs through social media. However, still there are groups of individuals who believe in getting piece of information from traditional sources such as newspapers. For my part, I completely disagree with this statement that newspapers will remain a prominent source of information for the majority of people. And believe that there are many great sources that can replace the newspaper completely in the coming years.

Newspapers are becoming thing of the past. The major drawback of newspapers is that they do not come up with the latest news, information from the newspaper is already day old when we get to read it. On the other hand, online sources of news can provide us latest news and information from time to time. Another drawback of newspapers over social media is convenience. Newspapers are not convenient at all they are not handy like smartphones, we cannot carry them everywhere with us and we cannot open them anywhere and start to read them. But that’s not the case for digital media you can carry your smartphone anywhere with you and access the news from every corner of the world.

But there is a group of people who still loves to consume information through print media. Newspaper is still a popular source of information for the old generation. The reason for the popularity of newspapers among the old generation is they are not that tech-savvy. They still love old ways to get things done. On the other hand, majority of the people especially the new generation love to get informed through social media. They are not very comfortable with reading the newspapers what they like is interactive news which they can get through social media or other digital media.

In conclusion, digital media has the upper hand over newspapers in every way and in the coming years, it will completely replace them and will become the preferred source of information for everyone.

Print media has traditionally been the primary source of news. But with the advent of technology, more people, especially the younger demographics, prefer to get their news from social media. In my opinion, digital sources are gradually edging out print newspapers and this essay will further discuss the reasons for this shift.

The rise of the internet, and social media, in particular, has led to a migration of news sources from traditional media such as newspapers and television to internet-based sources. In order to catch up, many print publications have added digital subscriptions to their newspapers as people increasingly consume media on smartphones and tablets. Social media provide a wider range of news sources in comparison to newspaper outlets. This makes it harder for one source to have a monopoly on the news when there are many outlets to choose from at once.

On the other hand, social media news is considered less credible than its print counterparts. As these platforms have the power to drive news to consumers on a large scale, political parties may misuse them to spread fake news that protects their interests.

In conclusion, as news consumption continues to trend in the digital direction, more scrutiny should be levied on social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook, by regulatory bodies to ensure the circulation of reliable news.

Now days, most people are busy in the bigger cities and have less time to read newspaper but still newspaper is most reliable source of news and has major share in the smaller parts of the country where internet connectivity is limited. In this essay we are going to discuss the importance of a newspaper.

Newspapers are published by trusted and reputed press that are into business since many years and ensure there image is not tainted by any misleading information. Further, before printing the news they do detailed quality check to make sure quality of the published contents. There is one example where internet channels covering celebrity murder case on their own assumptions which later came out to be published correctly by the newspaper and later confirmed by the police. Hence, news over the internet is not owned by anyone in most of the cases.

Today in India, internet is yet to penetrate smaller cities, towns and villages and people still rely on the newspaper as a source of daily news. Even if they have internet but still lack internet awareness to read news from internet. For example small city of Bihar in India where local newspaper has 80% of the market share and majority people gets daily news from local newspaper as per survey report.

In the end, I would say that internet news is taking over the newspaper fast but still newspaper is trusted of all sources and has its own convenience when it comes to reading news. Whether it’s a city or a village, newspaper continue to be an important source of news delivery mechanism.

In the current digital era, Internet has evolved into the most significant aspect of our daily life. Currently the virtual newspapers are on the rise, while traditional newspapers are becoming obsolete. I firmly believe that despite newspapers still being the primary source of information, people will begin to turn to internet news.

First and foremost, reading news online has the advantage of being easily available and convenient to read. Digital news on the internet is refreshed on a continuous basis whereas newspaper limit the freshness in the content. Additionally, due to the busy schedule, it is more suitable for individuals to read news according to their own time. News seekers may be able to locate the relevant news with only one swipe on their smartphones rather than waiting for the next morning’s newspaper.

Second, in my perspective, Newspapers’ have damaging effects on the environment. The process of making newspaper is causing environmental harm from beginning to end. Despite the fact that paper is quite relatively simple to recycle, 55 percent of worldwide paper is from newly cut trees. However, computerized news does not require all of those aspects in order to be published. As a result, considered environmentally friendly. One of the most obvious advantages of online reporting is its worldwide reach. Global citizens may stay updated with current happenings.

To conclude, while newspapers remain a popular and essential source of information, online news will eventually overtake print news due to its accessibility, flexibility, impartiality, limitlessness, and global reach. I thus strongly believe that most people will soon migrate from print media to online, digital, computerized news.

News journals are becoming least significant currently in the 21st century of digital era with frequent updates of news accessible on our various devices, such as phones and tablets.

I partially agree with this statement as it mainly depends on age and adaption to technology will be discussing this in detail below.

Newspapers are playing a crucial role by providing detailed information to the society and encourages reading habit of individuals. Newspapers have their own benefits.for example, while the information in the papers was slow but surely true. The accuracy of this carefully tested information reached the people. More than that, you can read it again and again if you want to. And taking care of them is not too difficult. Newspapers are also reused by people, and are of great help in life, such as serving as decorations, table. An outstanding benefit when compared with the Internet is the cost. Buying a newspaper is far cheaper than paying for the Internet each month.

However, with the advent of Internet has given people great choice. Apparently online press which helps news seekers all over the globe access local news as well as global news published by a variety of internationally prestigious newspapers for example, BBC, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal. Such availability of online news far outweighs that of printed news, steadily dominating the news industry. Online news need to adaptable by all ages they are few drawbacks. As older people are finding inconvenient while reading news online by watching continuously its having impact on eyesight.

In conclusion, Newspaper are still critical source of information, but Internet will provide News, and entertainment tend to be accurate. But the Internet has more benefits, so their more emergence is inevitable.

News journals are becoming least significant in the 21st century’s digital era, with frequent updates of news accessible on our various devices, such as phones and tablets.I partially agree with this statement, as it mainly depends on age and adaption to technology. We will be discussing this in detail below.

Newspapers are playing a crucial role by providing detailed information to society and encouraging individuals’ reading habits. Newspapers have their own benefits. for example, while the information in the papers was slow but surely true. People can rely on the accuracy of this thoroughly tested information. More than that, you can read it again and again if you want to. And taking care of them is not too difficult. Newspapers are also reused by people, and are of great help in life, such as serving as decorations, for tables. An outstanding benefit when compared with the Internet is the cost. Buying a newspaper is far cheaper than paying for the Internet each month.

However, the advent of the Internet has given people great choice. Apparently, online press helps news seekers all over the globe access local news as well as global news published by a variety of internationally prestigious newspapers, for example, the BBC, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal. The availability of online news far outweighs that of printed news, and it continues to dominate the news industry.Online news must be adaptable to all ages, but there are few disadvantages. As older people find it inconvenient to read news online while continuously watching television, their eyesight suffers.

In conclusion, newspapers are still a critical source of information, but the Internet will provide news and entertainment that tends to be accurate. But the Internet has more benefits, so its more emergence is inevitable.

In the current millennial era where technology is emerging with several online platforms, the traditional newspaper is appeared to be the most consistent alternative for daily bulletin news. I completely disagree with this opinion and believe that a large amount of population which mainly includes the newer generation, uses online websites and applications to get news updates. This essay will discuss how the print media is no more a popular source of communication.

Social media channels are the busiest and highly interacted online mediums used for being connected and modernize us on current happenings in the world. For instance, famous journalists and new channels have upgraded themselves to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and many more to keep its consumers updated with the content provided on each account. In addition to that, baby boomers and silent generation have transitioned to downloading applications on smartphones instead of reading the conventional newspapers.

Furthermore, newspapers are far more expensive mediums whereas online news is available at zero to minimal cost. For example, the print media requires a monthly subscription and consumers rely on the delivery boy to read their daily bulletin. However, online applications are installed on your devices making it easily accessible. At the same time, online platforms are environment friendly as it has reduced the cost of paper, ink and printing drastically.

To summarize, traditional mediums are diminishing with technology advancement and people are eagerly adapting the electronic media and online applications in their day-to-day life. Therefore, I am quite inclined with the opinion that newspapers are insignificant source in the news industry.

With rise in technology and easy accessibility to Internet, the traditional newspaper has lost its importance. I Strongly agree with this statement as nowadays everyone wants to save their time and hence prefer online press, as it is more convenient and provides immediate latest news to the reader.

Firstly, the online news are more easily accessible and convenient than the traditional printed news. News readers can easily access the latest news on their smartphones at their own time while multitasking for example, while travelling or cooking. Readers can also share the relevant news with their family or friends on social media. The online news industry, provides more short and relevant news to the consumer based on their interest and their recommendation, using various new technologies like AI and Machine learning algorithms.

Secondly, in the conventional printed news there are a lot of efforts required to make the news available for the news readers, like tedious process of editing, printing and distributing the newspapers every morning in time. Moreover, it also involves a lot of paper consumption which is not ecologically friendly. The local printed newspapers limits the news up to their states or country , but the digital online press offers the wide variety of news from all around the world.

To summarize, people prefer consuming online news as it is easiest and doesn’t require additional cost. I believe gradually printed newspaper will be replaced by the online press as it offers a lot of advantages over the conventional newspaper and are also environment friendly.

With emerging technology, news has become easily accessible to everyone over internet and newspapers are no longer considered as it’s primary source. With no second thought in my mind, i completely agree with this statement and why wouldn’t i, after all it’s an advancement in this sector, furthermore it comes with lots of perks.

Key benefits of catching up with news online include consuming it whenever and wherever you want, with the click of a button. One can quickly search the keywords and hop from one page to another with a slightest of scroll. Moreover it gives out of the box capability to mark the news as important and read it some other time. These all smallest of the things makes it convenient for the readers and specially the one’s who are preparing for entrance exams.

Delightful experience comes with the features news apps have started to roll out recently which include giving the user ability to grab the news in multiple languages. In addition to this, people can now tune in to audio version of the newspaper. Imagine how beneficial it is turning out to be for enthusiastic people who don’t know how to read, however are very keen to keep themselves updated.

To conclude, i can say without any doubt newspaper has lost it’s importance but for good only. Adapting to the technology is crucial in modern era and style of consumption of the news is no different. With time we might get to see the features, which are hard to imagine now and believe me they are all going to benefit people in one way or the other.
