The following line graph illustrates the distinct cause of air pollution in the UK between 1990 to 2005.
Overall the pollution is decreasing linearly till the end of the period but the pollution caused by household and transport show both upward and downward tend.
The pollution caused by industries from 1993 to 1996 had a fast downfall from 5M to 3M and from 1996 to 2005 there was steady decrease.
Both transportation and household caused ups and down in pollution but had similar patterns till 1999, later transportation was steady and household was declining. However the all three pollution had a drastic and rapid downfall of 3M from 7M in the year 1990 to 1999.
