The line graph gives the information about various air pollutants and their amounts in UK from the period of 1990 to 2005.

In summary, except transport all the three lines (total air pollutants, households, and industry) shows a go down trend. The transport depicts almost a plateau stage.

In 1990, the highest reason for pollution is industry, which is more than 5 million tonnes. The amount is significantly reduced up to 2002 and remains constant till 2005. From the information shown on graph it can be seen that the households source depicts steady state from a time line of 1990 to 1993, later it presents narrow fluctuations and reached almost zero in 2005. In corollary, the transport roughly paralleled till 1999 and after that gives a minimal increase commencing from 1999.

Moving on to the remaining data, the total air pollutants illustrate a sharp decline from 7 to 4 million tonnes in a time span of 9 years. Later it unchanged for a period of 3 years and ended up approximately 3 million tonnes in 2005.
