Dear ABC,
I would like to invite you for the birthday party of my child at Taj Hotel in Mumbai on coming Saturday. As it will be his first birthday so we all family members are very excited to celebrate this with our relatives and close friends on large scale.
Further most of our guest were travelling from different city so for their convenience, we have an arrangement with a travel company which provide cabs facility outside the airport. These cabs can drop all the guest at the venue, but you must contact the travel company one day in advance for sharing the arrival time at the Mumbai airport so that driver can pick you on time. Please note the contact number of travel company is 1233444.
In addition, we have also booked few rooms in the hotels for the accommodation of the guest at night after the party as this will be the leisure time for all of us to stay together and have some fun after a long time.
