    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my all new camera on my recent trip to Dubai which cost me around 500 USD.I had booked holiday tour through Global travel LLC and It got travel insurance coverage along with my package. Policy no is APL150687

    It was 15th June when we were moving in taxi towards to the Airport to catch the flight. suddenly when we reached to final gate for departure, I had just remind my camera then we verified all the luggage and the called hotel reception as well but lastly we couldn’t find back.

    <font face=”inherit”>With the letter I would like you to initiate my claim process to get money which i am entitled for. I have attached copy of Police complain which made at airport, Original invoice of camera. I look forward to hearing response from you at earliest.</font>
