    People believe that children these days are engaged in various computer games and instead spend more time in outdoor activities which is more advantageous for their growth .

    I believe that outdoor activities provide a conducive environment for the child’s mental and physical health .since children are more interested in online games ,they become complacent towards their health .

    Outdoor activities are beneficial to children in many ways . They make them fitter and stronger as individual , outdoor games require more than one individual , for instance when children play games like football or cricket they can also develop social skills as they learn to share and work as part of a team and make new friends . Furthermore children who spends more time outdoors are less stressed and are mentally more stable than those who spends more time playing computer games .

    Moreover children are becoming dependant on technology since the advent of computer. Playing computer games for long time have many inevitable negative affects on their lives including studies. Addiction of gadgets in children is making them arrogant , lazy and also some serious health issue related to eye sight , obesity and many are getting prone to diabetic and mental illness such as anxiety , depression .

    In conclusion , outdoor games is the key to health development in children than playing computer games .
