I’m writing to bring to your attention that I’ve lost my Jet black color iPhone 7plus placed in a floral print iPhone case cover at the IGI airport, Delhi in the morning at 7:00am which was insured by your company under travel insurance policy whose policy number is #xyz123.
I had recently purchased this phone from Khan market, Delhi for 1000$ whose configurations are 256 GB memory, processor Quad core & camera pixels 17 megapixel.
I still remember that I’ve taken out my phone from the purse at the time of check-in & it was there in my hand till the security check. While boarding the flight I found that my phone was missing & searched in nearby places but couldn’t able to find it. There is high probability that it might have slipped from my hands at the time of boarding.
I would be grateful if you would consider my request for the reimbursement the amount of the lost property under the captioned policy number.
