Nowadays most children are attracted to a computer or mobile-based games, people are arguing about computer games are responsible for children’s abysmal performance at school and outdoor games are beneficial for children’s physical fitness and social skills, I strongly agree with the statement.
First and foremost, the physical fitness in this generation of kids is very low, If we encourage them to play outdoor or indoor sports like cricket, football, badminton, etc, it helps to improve their fitness levels. The nutrition food is not taken by the children if they play outdoor games they should follow a proper diet because they’ll get sufficient proteins. Children are more susceptible than adults, by playing computer games the most of the children are affected with eyesight at an early age. Outdoor games help the children to keep mentally healthy and active in every event.
The second important one is social skills, we can observe the situation, students who have high problem-solving skills are not able to move socially, because they interact less with people in the real world. Outdoor games and taking children to the park can help to interact with diverse children, it helps to improve social skills. For example, we can see some players with good skills are unable to communicate properly, but it is very important to not only skill to play, but you should have good communication skills. Computer skills are important in this current era to win this digital race, But it is not to the full extent. It should be under parental guidance because we know this digital world has both a bright side and a dark side.
To Conclude, the govt should develop community parks and playgrounds and encourage parents to take out their children at least twice a week.
