It is often an arguable topic that technology has made people more social or it is suppressing the human behavior of interacting face to face. I completely agree with the fact that technology has made people’s life much easier in a way by connecting them seamlessly. This essay will focus on the same that how technology in the 21st century has opened the barrier of socialization irrespective of the geographical location.
first of all, due to the development of many social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat etc, connecting with dear once is one flick a finger away .
In this fast-paced 21st century ,imagining socialization without technology is next to impossible due to hectic professional life socializing become more strenuous and give’s birth to an introverted behavior
for example, in a recent study, It was found that people working in MNCs and other pressurizing work cultures have lesser work-life balance and this directly affects their social life and leads to a more introverted lifestyle hence without online social platforms however technology has transformed the way we socialize and gave an altogether new direction to the social behavior of humans.
secondly, technology has not just given an easier way to connect people but also helped socialize for good deeds as seen in this pandemic time where platforms like instagram and facebook played a key role to spread awareness.
for example , it was almost impossible for our government to spread awareness from procuring medicine to finding a suitable hospital for covid-19 however it has to be used carefully as a lot of misinformation gets spread through these platforms.
in conclusion, with more and more people joining these social platforms technology has entered in every human’s life-style and completed depreciated the geographical barrier of socialization and leads to a more connected lifestyle across the world.
