Women certainly out-stand men when it comes to childcare, consequently a section of society suggests them to concentrate on upbringing of children which they are are good at rather than their professional career , having said that, this excellence should not impede with their freedom of picking up their passionate work life at any given cost.

Needless to say, a mother’s contribution in raising a newborn to until he becomes an adult is unparalleled. It is wonderful to observe how a mother can anticipate when her child is starving so naturally and with ease. With their eternal mother-child bonding, women can strike a perfect balance of pampering and discipline at the same time in children right from their moment of birth. Doctors also say, children raised primarily by their mothers tend to remain healthier and disciplined.

Nevertheless, women naturally possess an ability to play multiple roles in life beautifully, which enables women to manage both professional work and children efficiently, and women have excelled at it for generations. In addition, in recent times, men have readily acceded to this challenge of taking equality of upbringing of children and have adopted unique learned techniques from internet to manage kids much more effectively, thereby giving space to women to proportionally participate in their profession life, this definitely creates a win win situation for working parents. Family counsellors quote, women who dedicate time to their professional life are happier, and in turn do better at taking care of their kids and family.

To sum up, though women are inevitably amazing at taking care of their children as compared to men, I strongly believe the responsibility of raising children should be owned by both parents and women should also pursue their working profession equally.
