Poverty is a curse for our society, if you really feel poverty indeed, then you should meet to them who live in slums. Talk to them, ask them about their life, their past, then see how difficult their life have been. I lived a middle class life and got whatever I wanted, although I had to ask many times to my father. I believe that not everyone can feel the pain unless one passes through it. Indian government have done many practices to make their life better, there are many NGOs who claim to help needy, but reality is something else and the main reason behind the failure of government is nothing but corruption. In fact, poverty and corruption walk along. They both are connected to each other at large extent. If you are a poor then you are ready for doing anything to get money and from here only corruption begins. However, there are still many examples where well offs are get corrupt in greed of more money.
