    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to complain about a wireless mouse that I bought from your store last week. I hope you would replace it immediately.

    The Logitech mouse I purchased from your shop in Karol Bagh dated 29<sup>th</sup> June has got lot of issues just after using two days. It does not function properly and frequently gets disconnected from the laptop. I had to connect it multiple times throughout the day to carry out my work. In addition to this, red LED which emits light gets dim after connecting with the device.

    I work from home as I have a two year old kid to take care so it becomes very difficult to carry out my office work smoothly due to frequent interruption that mouse causes. I am working on have several projects and to meet deadline it is very important to have uninterrupted service as my task gets delayed and most of the time is wasted in connecting to the device.

    I need to get this mouse issues fixed at the earliest in order to carry out my task without any trouble. I would request you either replace the item with a new one or repair the same in next two days time.

    I am sending the purchase receipt of the mouse for your perusal and hope to hear you on this matter at the earliest.
