    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am a frequent customer who is often happy with the purchases made from your IT store. But lately, I am unhappy with the laptop purchased last week which I use mainly for my work.

    It is frustrating for me to see that the laptop although brand new, does not work properly. This device is too slow which drives me insane. The boot time takes forever and even the software applications render at a very slow pace.

    Obviously, my work is getting affected by this problem. I am getting calls from my manager for the delay in work and it is causing me unwanted stress and pressure.

    I want your store to resolve this issue at the earliest. You could either provide me a replacement or try to increase the speed and performance of the existing machine. The outcome I am looking for should be a reliable laptop on which I can do my daily tasks without it being a bottleneck for my daily work.
