    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to complaint about a laptop which I bought from your store last month.

    And it suddenly logged off automatically while I was working and also it takes more time to login, as I am doing work from home usage of laptop is very necessary and I hope you will attend this issue at earliest

    I bought this laptop from the Chennai branch store, It was working properly for few weeks after I bought, but it is not working properly at the moment and I tried on my own to rectify the issues which I am facing with the laptop by followed the instructions which mentioned in some of the blogs but I couldn’t resolve the issue.

    My entire works depends on laptop as I work from home for my company due to pandemic situation, because of this I have many pending work and I am totally depend on this laptop and I am expecting you will resolve this issue at earliest. Thanks in advance.
