Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to a problem that arises due to my roommate and due to which it is difficult for me to study for my examinations.
My name is Olive Peterson and I am pursuing a post-graduate program at McGill University. I stay in the hostel provides by the university and locate nearby it.
I live in a sharing basis room with my roommate but for some time she being an obstacle in my studies and I am unable to concentrate on my learning. She usually held late-night parties with her buddies which have a high volume of music that annoys me, due to which I cannot study or sleep either.
I am requesting you to please change my room and shift me where I can focus on my studies because my exam will start shortly and can also live peacefully.
