Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to intimate you about my problem with my roommate. I am from Communication System department and my roommate is from Computer Science Department. As my roommate and me are from different domain it is difficult for me to have combine study with her.
I am Sheeba, doing my master degree in Communication Systems. I am staying in the seventh block. My room number is 787.
The problem with my roommate is we are in to different department. While doing assignments in our study hours it is impossible to discuss with each other. During study hours we are prohibited to walk on the corridor. My department students are staying in the ninth block. The study hour ends at 9:00 pm. After that, block in chargers are not allowing me to the ninth block for safety purpose. Even though I connect with my friends through intercom to clarify my doubts, the understanding of the solution is not up to the mark.
If you allocate my room in the ninth block, it will be easy for me to do combine study with my classmates. Also my scores will get improve. I request you to accept my request and do the needful at the earliest.
