Dear John,
I am writing this letter into bring in your kind attention about the suitcase , which was lost in the flight no AR120,
The suitcase was of the VIP brand, having the colour as white . It was wrapped in a gray colour suitcase- cover and A lion mark was printed on both side of the cover .
I suppose as i was having 3 offspring with me and they all were hungry ,despite off, I was in hurry to catch the connecting flight , I took them into a lounge for buying some food and there, I suppose the suitcase was lost.
As my travelling was insured along with all the belongings , so I request to please arrange the reimbursement for the lost suitcase.
I am looking forward to hearing from you for an early settlement of the claim
