    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am writing this letter regarding the equipment which I bought on last Friday. As the work at home policy was decided by my company they have listed certain brands and specification of the dongle.

    So I bought the dongle for my work and the model is A7382. It has the speed of 5Mbps. Now it is not working. The USB port is not detecting the dongle properly. Once in a while the USB port detects the dongle. If I move the laptop it gets disconnected.

    My productivity towards my project is getting affected. I could not complete my work on time. Backlogs are getting increased. I am not able to have a track with my team. It is been a days since I did not attend the meeting with my client.

    As there is lock down in my area cops are in and around. So I could not come directly to the shop for replacement. I request you to replace the product with the same specification. Also can you please provide what are all the details you need for the replacement.
