    Dear Shyam,

    I hope you are doing well!!

    I had an amazing time during my stay in your home last year. I wholeheartedly would like to thank you for the hospitality and love that you showered on me as a host.

    Unfortunately, I forgot to take back my envelope from your home. Therefore, I am asking you to do me a favour by posting my forgotten documents to my place.

    I remember that I kept an envelope beside your dell laptop on the study table. Also, there is a table lamp to the left of the envelope. It was a blue envelope with my company logo “AET” written in white coloured letters written on it.

    Since I cannot report to my office without those documents, I am requesting you to do this help on a priority basis.
    I wish to meet you again soon!
