    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this letter to complain about a broken product that I bought recently from your website.

    Last week, I ordered a set of twelve bear mugs for a party that I organized in my home but when I received the item it was in a very bad condition. I would have expected that the package to be wrapped more effectively to avoid any mishappening but there was no padding at all. I ordered it for a party but it disappointed me because two mugs were badly damaged.

    The order number is 123456789 and I ordered it on 25th November 2021.Now I want to return it as the occasion has passed for which I bought it. I have already raised a complaint on your website but it has been one week and still i do not get any update regarding the same. So, I request you please make arrangements to return it as soon as possible and refund my money quickly
