Dear Sir,

I am writing to request for a relocation to Kochi office.

As you are already aware My father had an accident recently and mother is having a really difficult time taking care of everything at our home single handedly. So I would like to be with them to overcome this difficult situation and moving forward.
I can either take any new assignments in Kochi or can continue with the current project itself, that said will be connecting remotely with all the team members from Chennai. I can assure you that I will be capable of completing all my tasks on time without any failure though I am collaborating with my team over video or audio calls. In addition to that, I would like to mention that I will be ready to come back and work in the current base location any time after 3 months and moreover if you want me to continue in Kochi for a certain period, I am glad to accept that as well.

Therefore, I humbly request you to transfer me to Kochi office as early as possible. Expecting your prompt reply on this.
