With due respect, I am writing this letter to bring it to your notice about continuous interruption of my wifi service through service provider since last week.
From our end, the connection could be as low as 1kb/sec and for loading one page it’s taking atleast 5minutes. I am taking job Interviews through online Zoom meetings which demands high speed internet
with proper signal.
I wonder if you can send people to Inspect my geographical location so as to boost up my Internet services and suggest me if we need to install new modem. I am trying to reach out you through customer care but every time getting continous engage. plz help me to locate my problem.
