    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing this letter to complain you about poor internet connection issue we are facing these days.

    I stay in Madinaguda colony, where most of the people use your broadband. For few days we have been observing the interruptions in internet connection quite frequently.

    As to mention, due to this pandemic, I am working from home. Because of this connectivity issue I am not able to login into my office portal. This problem does not restrict to me, even my community people having similar complication. This might be due damage of ether net cable, as a result of heavy pouring of rain in our city last week. We have raised multiple complaints, but there is no proper response from your team.

    I kindly request you to change the damaged cable, and insist your consumer service people to act swiftly, when this kind problem persists.

    I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
